You already have everything you need within you in order to paint intuitively. The more you tune into your intuition, the stronger this internal link becomes. Listen, follow inner nudges on the safe space of a blank sheet of paper, and watch an unknown part of yourself unfold. Join me in my studio for this exciting journey into your unknown.

We are all creative. It is our birthright, as natural as breathing, it's a "thing humans do". If you have lost connection with this aspect of yourself, don't believe it's "for you", you are denying yourself a basic tool of living. It's like not allowing yourself enjoy a walk in nature. Being creative is good for your mental and physical health. Give yourself a gift, and open the door to your creativity!

Your thinking mind gets a chance to rest as you bring attention to colour, your inner response to colour, and following this track begins to absorb all of your attention and awareness. Hours pass by, and you haven't noticed...this is deep, deep relaxation, at its very least!
